Learning Outcomes

Communicating value to the customer is an integral part of value creation and delivery processes in a dynamic environment. Communication is interactive and enables the customers' participation in value creation. The aim of the module is to provide the student with tools for 1) planning and carrying out marketing communications and 2) digital marketing.
