Learning Outcomes
Student is able to assess and analyze the current state of the company from the perspective of growth and development of the business and evaluate existing key challenges to grow and develop the business from the SMEs point of view. Student can write out a growth strategy for SME and plan the key development proposals to implement the strategy

Student is actively involved in teaching and present own analytical views on the issues discussed in.
Student is able to draw up a comprehensive and systematic analysis of the current state of the com-pany and create an excellent growth strategy for case-company
Student can use diversely strategic planning tools for the analysis of internal and external operating environment of the company and is able to perfectly justified the strategic choices
Good (4-3)
Student participates in classroom work quite actively and present own opinions occasionally.
Student is able to write the current state analysis and growth strategy for case-company, but the analysis is not a systematic and comprehensive and the growth strategy is somewhat detached
Student is able to use some strategy design tools in analyzing the internal and external environment of the company, but the strategic choices are not justified sufficiently
Satisfactory (2-1)
Students participate in teaching passively; student does not participate in the debate
Student is able to write the current state analysis and growth strategy for case-company, but pro-duces conventional present moment derived strategic solutions.

The grade of the course will be constitute of growth strategy (40 %) and development plan (50 %) for case-company
