Learning Outcomes
The student is able to formulate a contract which is not open to various interpretations. The student knows how to operate as a participant in a contract. The student is able to describe the main principles of the sale of movables, especially the rights and obligations of the buyer and the seller both in consumer trade and in business-to-business trade.

The student is able to make an agreement. S/he is able to explain the essential rights and duties of contracting parties. The student is able to find legislation concerning to business-to-business trade and consumer trade.
