Learning Outcomes
Learning competence
Upon completion of the course, students know the quantities, concepts and units needed to describe thermal, acoustic and optic phenomena. They are familiar with physical laws and able to explore phenomena by means of quantity equations. Students know how to evaluate their solutions and models critically, understanding that the physical models only represent an approximate description of real world phenomena. Students are also used to evaluating their own skills and ready to apply their skills to the study of construction physics.
Student's Workload
Total work load of the course: 80 h
- of which scheduled studies: 48 h
- of which autonomous studies: 32 h
