Learning Outcomes
Students will become aware of the principles of law in social welfare legislation. They will have command of the central contents of elderly policy legislation and learn to explain how it affects the promotion of elderly people's welfare.

General juridical-administrative principles; principles in social welfare legislation; information seeking; legislation pertaining to municipal services for the elderly,
service fees, private social services, pensions, services for the disabled, guardianship, inheritance and substance abuse work.
