Learning Outcomes
Students learn to recognise development targets in social field organizations and service processes, for example in the quality, design or effectiveness of services. Students learn methods and tools that can be used in the development of organizations. They become familiar with structures, networks and sources of funding used in the development of health and social services. Students know how to seek information about national and international organization development trends. They are able to apply their knowledge in an assignment. In the development of organizations, students take into account the perspective of sustainable development.

Grade 5:
The students
- are able to describe and assess the influences of development
- have capacities to innovate new concepts and solutions to implementation and organization of social services
- show interrest towards current items of social sector and have adapted their individual roles as developers
Grade 3-4:

- are able to explain social service development processes
- have knowledge of the key consepts, methods and principles of development
- have capacities to reflect their individual values and attitudes
- are aware of their responsibilities as developers of social services
Grade 1-2:
The students
- recognize development needs and methods in social services
- are able to gain and use knowledge, which is essential in developing activities
- indicate positive attitude to development of social services and one's individual competences
