Learning Outcomes
The student knows the essential principles of the Marriage Act and the legal differences between marriage and cohabitation. The student can describe the order of intestate succession and is able to divide an inheritance and calculate inheritance taxes. The student is able to draw up a testament and a marriage settlement. The student can form an opinion on the essential features of the Act on Residential Leases, especially on the rights and obligations of the tenant and the landlord.

The student is able to search for and apply in practice the essential legislation concerning Tenancy Act.
