Learning Outcomes
Students will know the properties and uses of modern solutions for linear and rotating movements. They will make optimal selections as regards components and be adept in using electronic product catelogues and calculation programmes.
Student's Workload
The total work load is 80 hours. Amount of scheduled studies is 40 hours and amount of self-studiea also 40 hours.

Assessment Criteria
A satisfactory grade can be raeched by accomplishing the given desing exercise adequately and by showing an ability to master the key contents of the topic. A good grade provides an ability to a more comprehensive approac to the topic. This is measured by introducing a quite challenging problem in the examination. An excellent grade can only be reached by accomplishing the given desingn exercise well and by showing an ability to deeply understand the entities related to this topic.
