Students will become familiar with the process of creating a new business, developing an existing business and with the challenges and practical measures for continuing a business. Students will acquire the knowledge and skills they need to develop strategic company-level plans (business plans, plans for succession, and plans for growth). They will understand the significance of innovative business ideas, networks, foresight knowledge and continuous development related to it for successful entrepreneurship in changing environment.
