Learning Outcomes
Students recognize the process of personnel deveopment and its implementation. They recognize development needs and are able to plan, implement and assess a personnel development projects. Students are able to assess the meaning of personnel development to the success of the organization.

Lectures 30 h, independent pair work 35 h, guided pair work 10 h, visiting lecture 2 h, presentation and discussion of pair work 4 h, total 81 h
