Learning Outcomes

Student is familiar with contemporary social policy discources and understands how importants it is to follow societal and discussions as a professional in the field of social services. Additionally student knows how to search for information, both sceintific and everyday one.

Assessment Criteria

Grade 1-2:
Student is able to describe and search for information on discussions and changes related to welfare state and social services.

Grade 3-4:
Student is able to compare and contemplate the contemporary changes and discussions related to welfare state and social services.

Grade 5:
Stduent is able to critically evaluate and argument different views related to changes and developments concerning welfare state and social services

Assessment Methods

Grading is based on active participation in lectures and on student assignments, the scale is 1-5.

Work Placement

No practical training in this study module.
