Students know the relevant labour legislation and understand the collective labour agreement for the construction field.

Organizations; management competence and activities; management models; basics of work psychology and human resources management; the student’s own manager profile and creativity; Employment Contracts Act, Working Hours Act, Annual Holidays Act and collective agreement for the house construction field.
