Students will explore the role of the manager/first-line manager in elderly care service organizations. They will apply theoretical knowledge to analyse their personal competence and potential for profit responsibility-based work in the management and development of quality in elderly care.

Contents
- Practical training in the service delivery system for elderly care, where students learn about management, finances and quality management and evaluation. Development task pertaining to quality together with the personnel in the work community
