Learning Outcomes
Students will be familiar with acquiring and using information that is significant to their studies. They will learn to take responsibility for the progress of their studies, for designing a Personal Study Plan, and for their contribution to the university community. Students will understand the pedagogic foundations of the teaching in universities of applied sciences. They will act according to the norms of the student community. Students will be learn what they need to consider during transition to working life.

- Applying for a job and information concerning the labour market
- Familiarization with the tools needed in online communication: Moodle, e-mail, and Winha Student Administration Programme.

Study Guide, curriculum and similar material. Moodle learning environment will be used.
Mode of Delivery / Planned Learning Activities and Teaching Methods
Lectures, online studies, group work, visits by experts, participation in events at the School and at Seinäjoki UAS. Moodle learning environment will be used.
Assessment Criteria
Students are expected to participate in classroom activities and a number of events. They are expected to use online tools confidently and to design a Personal Study Plan at the early stage of their studies.
Assessment Methods
Active participation in all course activities. Grading based on a scale pass/fail.
