Learning Outcomes
WORKING COMMUNITY COMPETENCE, ENTREPRENEUSHIP COMPETENCE
Students recognize features of uncompelled, internal and external entrepreneuship and they know how it may be related to their own activities. They become familiar with special characterics of entrepreneuship in health care and social work, including ethical aspects and licence regulation. Students are able to work with an entrepreneurial attitude in multi-professional teams in the health care and social work sector.

Contents
Uncompelled internal and external entrepreneuship. Students' own entrepreneurial activities. Regulation of entrepreneurship in the health care and social work sector. Establishing an enterprise to produce health care and social work services, product development, the bidding process and marketing. Organising a wellness or entrepreneurship event.

The lecturers will inform students of the literature at the beginning of the course
Mode of Delivery / Planned Learning Activities and Teaching Methods
Lectures, information packages, multi-professional group works, online studies, expert lectures. The course will be carried out in multi-professional teams during the first academic year. Online studies 1 cr.
Assessment Criteria
Pass
Students complete the online assignments and become aware of characteristics of internal/ uncompelled entrepreneurship in their own activities. They examine external entrepreneurship as an employment option and analyse special features of entrepreneurship in the health and social field. Students contribute to the activity of a multi-professional team as equal members.
Fail
Students fail to assume responsibility for the assignments or do not complete them. They express little interest in the topic and are absent without explanation. In the multi-professional team they remain observers and do not contribute as equal members.
