Learning Outcomes

Students know the current framework for doing business in Russia. They know the various aspects of the business environment in Russia and how to take them into consideration when planning or conducting business activities in Russia and with Russian partners.

Assessment Criteria

The student is widely acquainted with Russian business and working life and can apply this knowledge in practice.
He manages independently various communication situations during the study trip. His portfolio is versatile, well written and shows profound acquaintancy with the topic.

The student is able to identify special features of Russian business life and can apply this knowledge in familiar situations.
During the study trip, he is able to manage indepedently communication situations he is familiar with and which he has exercised beforehand. His portfolio is extensive enough and is written according to the instructions.

The student is able to identify the most typical features of Russian business life and can apply this knowledge in some familiar situations. The portfolio is brief but written accoring to the instructions.

Work Placement

The course does not include a work placement.

Further Information

The study trip costs money. You need to have a passport which is valid at least 6 months after the trip. A visa is also needed.
Instead of the trip the student can do independent studies that contain both oral and written assignments.
