Learning Outcomes
Students learn basic principles of personnel management and the related legislation. Students become aware of the connections between management and wellbeing at work and they learn to plan and implement practices to promote cooperation and sustainable development. Students become familiar with areas of management, gain competence in working as supervisors. Students know how to use the personnel's expertise and competence in running and developing the organization. Students gain competence in personnel planning. Students have assimilated the idea of self-management and are motivated to develop their work.
