Learning Outcomes
The student is able to find and apply in practice the essential legislation concerning partnership companies and limited companies. The student is able to explain the owner's liability for the obligations of a company and is able to explain who can perform legal acts on behalf of the company.
The student is able to prepare the foundation documents and a legally valid company name of a partnership company and a limited company. The student is able to describe the meaning of the trade register notice in different stages of business activity.

The student is able to find and apply in practice the legislation concerning partnership companies and limited companies. S/he is able to compare dissimilar corporate forms. The student is able to prepare the foundation documents of a partnership company and a limited company by himself and s/he is able to make a comparison between these documents.
