- make use of user and customer-oriented research methods in event planning and ideation

Assessment Criteria
Grade 5: Students take target group needs into account when planning events and choose appropriate methods of collecting and analysing user data. Students are able to make use of the data collected.
Grade 3: Students understand the meaning of users in planning events and, together with other group members, know how to conduct user studies
Grade 1: Students recognise various groups of users and their special characteristics.
