Learning Outcomes
The student is able to take legal and voluntary actions for the recovery of a debt. S/he can compose a legally valid demand for payment and an application for a summons. The student can describe the stages of bankruptcy proceedings and execution proceedings.

S/he is able to search for and apply in practice legislation concerning bankruptcy proceedings and execution. The student is able to explain in detail the proceedings concerning realization of different securities.

The student is able to explain, how to collect debt by voluntary actions and by legal actions. S/he is able to search for and apply in practice essential legislation concerning bankruptcy proceedings and execution. The student is able to explain generally the proceedings concerning realization of different securities.

The student is able to explain generally, how to collect debt by voluntary actions and by legal actions.
