Students know the strategic planning process and the most important methodologies used in strategic planning. They also are able to execute the methodologies using case studies.

Contents
The methodologies of strategic management; the typical steps of the strategic process chain: strategic analysis, conceptualisation and strategic control; theory and in practice to instruments such as environmental scans, early warning systems, core competence analysis, SWOT, portfolio analysis, life-cycle analysis, blue ocean methodology and balanced scorecard; a set of internation case studies will be used for the practical exemplification
