Learning Outcomes
Students can define and explain different ways of assessing, recognising and developing expertise in organisations.
Students are able to develop the methods of managing expertise in cooperation with the management of an organisation. They are able to assess management of expertise as a tool of business development.

Good (4-3)=The student has carried out work well and participated actively. The student is able to show good competence in knoweledge management both in theory and practice.
Satisfactory (2-1)=The student has carried out work and participated as instructed. The student is able to show exeptable competence in knoweledge management both in theory and practice.
Assessment Methods
- Report 80 %, visit report 20 %; both parts must be completed successfully

Work placement is not included in the course.
