Learning Outcomes
The student can categorise and compare different customers. The student can analyse the different ways customers' purchasing occurs and the factors that influence the customers' behaviour. The student is able to relate the customers' purchasing behaviour to sellers' actions and the competitive environment. He can suggest actions to influence customers' purchasing behaviour and provide arguments to support his suggestions. The student is able to assess his own understanding purchasing behaviour.

Assessment Criteria
Excellent (5): The student can gategorize and compare customers and analyze in depth the purchasing behaviour of the customer and factors that affect it. The student can intelligently relate the customer’s purchasing behavior to the firm’s operations and competitive environment. The student can, based on arguments derived from theory, give suggestions relating to customers’ purchasing behavior that provide added value. The student can assess his or her understanding of customer purchasing behavior and give reasons for his/her assessment.
Good (4-3): The student can gategorize and compare customers and can analyze the purchasing behaviour of customers and factors that affect it. The student can relate the customer’s purchasing behavior to the firm’s operations and competitive environment. The student can give suggestions relating to customers’ purchasing behavior that provide added value. The student can assess his or her understanding of customer purchasing behavior.
Satisfactory (2-1): The student can, to an extent, gategorize and compare customers and describe customers’ purchasing behaviour and factors that affect it. The student can in some respects relate the customers’ behavior to the operations of the firm and its competitive environment. The student can give suggestions relating to customer purchasing behavior. The student can assess his or her understanding of customer purchasing behavior.
