Learning Outcomes
Students will learn to
- develop and evaluate their management competence
- develop and evaluate their human resource management skills
- apply financial and human resource management skills in productions
- develop their skills in financial planning and monitoring of productions and integrate these skills into their management practices
- apply change and risk management in productions
