Learning Outcomes
Students will be competent in explaning how simulation can be utilised in industry. They will be adept in modelling basic manufacturing elements, such as beginning inventories, buffer storage, machines and conveyors and in making a factory simulation model for the production line of bulk goods. Students will also be competent in identifying problems in production and making a simulation model to improve a given situation.
Student's Workload
Will be announced at the beginning of the course.
