Learning Outcomes
Students will possess knowledge concerning study techniques, be familiar with their chosen field of engineering, and understand the fundamentals of data acquisition and research methods. Also, students will possess knowledge of the history and ethics of their chosen area of technology. Upon completion of the course, students will be aware of their own learning style(s) and understand the significance of their profession. They will be familiar with channels of information acquisition, the principles of scientific reasearch, and know how to use tools for acquiring information. They will know how to write a research report and be familiar with the basic ethics of engineering.
