Learning Outcomes
Students will reflect on the essential stages of the elderly care process from the perspectives of management and development. They will learn to manage elderly-care in service-providing units, and gain basic competences in economics, pricing services and cost accounting. Students will learn planning, implementation, evaluation and development pertaining to quality management in elderly care. They will learn to use work supervision to develop their work and work community. Students will be competent in planning and implementing small-scale projects together with representatives of the working world. They will possess basic skills in marketing elderly care services and their own expertise.
