Learning Outcomes
Students will be able to apply the structures and opportunities of electronics and embedded systems. They will be competent in connecting and soldering electronic components, and they will understand the functions of a micro-controller. Students will also be familiar with hardware-oriented programming.

No previous studies are required.
Contents
Students will assemble an intelligent electronic device, which contains a micro-controller with various controls and measurements. Students will solder the components themselves, test the connections and create a simple programming code according to given instructions.

The necessary material can be found online. Material will also be distributed during the lessons.

Assessment Criteria
1: Student assembles an electronic device and understand something of its functions.
3: Student assembles an electronic device, understand the funvtion of all components and can program following examples.
5: Student can also find and correct errors and can program independently.

Report, active participation in the lessons, quality of students' work and result.
