Learning Outcomes
Students will understand the importance of correct style and language usage in written communication. They will be introduced to different types of information and to their analysis and interpretation. They will participate in oral and writing sessions to practise argumentation and to develop thinking. They will know how to draw up common documents and they will be familiar with the essential conventions of scientific writing. Students will also practise oral communication individually and in groups and learn communication for meetings and negotiations.

Contents
Research communication, scientific writing and forms of documentation; scientific essay, summary, report, poster; information literacy, media texts; essential documents; preparations, implementation and evaluation of oral communication; interaction, verbal and non-verbal expression, how to illustrate points; meeting and negotiation skills
