Students will learn to understand and evaluate the role of quality management in the development of elderly care.
They will be competent in applying quality management methods and tools in their own work. They will be able to plan and implement a development task together with elderly care personnel and become competent in evaluating the quality of services and in using a variety of quality management tools.

Assessment Methods
Active participation in lectures and assignments. The grade is based on two parts: examination (50 %) and development assignment (50 %). (Numerical assessment 1-5)
