Students will become familiar with the constructivist theory of learning and practise collaborative learning methods. They will learn to counsel and teach employees as part of the learning and development at work and in a work community. Upon completion of the course, students will understand the significance of learning at work as a part of development. They will also be familiar with the methods of teaching and counselling adults.

The assessment (pass/fail) will be based on the planning, implementation and peer evaluation of a teaching/counselling situation.
