Learning Outcomes
The student knows which legal frameworks apply in both consumer and B2B-marketing. The student can apply in practice legislation concerning the security of a product and product liability. The student is able to plan a legal trademark. The student knows how to take into account protection of privacy in conducting marketing research. The student knows the limitations imposed by copyright in digitial marketing. The student knows how to solve judicial questions concerning marketing independently and to apply solutions in practice.

The student is able to plan marketing both for consumers and for another merchant in a lawful manner. The student can apply in practice legislation concerning marketing. The student is able to conduct a marketing research without breaking consumer' protection of privacy. The student is capable of marketing products in the information network without breaking the copyright legislation.
Good (4-3)
The student is able to obey legislation when s/he plans marketing both for consumers and for another merchant. The student can apply in practice essential legislation concerning marketing. The student is able to conduct a marketing research in a way which takes into consideration consumer' protection of privacy. The student is capable of marketing products in the information network in a way which takes into consideration the copyright legislation.
Satisfactory (2-1)
The student is able to plan marketing both for consumers and for another merchant by taking into consideration marketing legislation. The student is able to conduct marketing research and is able to connect consumer' protection of privacy up with marketing research. The student is capable of marketing products in the information network and is able to connect copyright legislation up with marketing products in the information network.
