Learning Outcomes
Upon completion of the course, students will be familiar with the principles of team work and social skill and identify the areas in which they need to improve their skills in customer service and team work. They will be capable of demonstrating their knowledge of human resources management and possess the readiness needed in supervising others.

Satisfactory 1-2
The student has taken part in lessons and has returned the given assignments. The student is able to identify the basics of human resources management.
Good 3-4
The student has been active in contactlessons, (s)he has done well the given assignments. (S)he has used diversified range of sources in assingnments.
The student knows and can use the key concepts and principles of human resources management and team work. (S)he is conscious of his/her resposibility at team work.
Excellent 5
The student has been active in contactlessons, (s)he has returned excellent assignments. (S)he has used diversified range of international sources in assingnments.
The student is able to evaluate and analyze the elements of human resources management. (S)he is able to draw up plans of human resources management and practice the theory (s)he has learned.
Assessment Methods
Assessment is based on the lectures, participation of discussions in Moodle environment, assignments and exam.
