Students understand and attend to occupational safety on construction site.
Competence in the construction process
Students are competent in starting a construction project; they know common frame structures, the related practices and quality requirements. Students know how structural members of frames and custom structures are constructed. They are familiar with supplementary structures and their quality requirements. Students have knowledge of surface treatments and materials, they know the working conditions and the quality technology of a finished building.
Competence in structural engineering
Students are familiar with the regulations on fire resistance, sound insulation and heat insulation.
