Contents

Phases of development: justification, organisation, implementation and evaluation

Various models for the development process: linear, spiral and spaghetti

Tools for needs analysis, e.g. actor matrix, the actors' interpretation matrix, focus group technique, electronic query tools.

Student is able to describe different types of development and knowledge production processes.

Grade 3-4
Student is able to compare different types of knowledge production and development processes and evaluate them in relation to the task or situation at hand.

Grade 5
Student is able to analyse critically different types of knowledge production and development processes and apply them in practise.

Assessment Methods

Grading is based on a student assignments, the scale of 1-5.

Work Placement

Study module contains no practical training.
