Learning Outcomes
Student expands his perspective by familiarizing himself with food marketing and food customer behavior in national and international markets. Student then applies his knowledge and understanding to an international project in his own professional field.

-Challenges of Finnish food export in international markets

Assessment Methods
Assessment takes into account ability to solve problems and ability to apply the learnt knowledge in practical work project. Written assignment 50% and project work 50%.
