Students know the various phases in the production of electronics with automatic surface mounting lines and manually operated production equipment. They will also know the significance of considering reliability in designing circuit boards.

- Use of production equipment
- Entire production process of an electronic circuit with an automatic surface mounting line: proportioning the pasta, loading the components, using the oven, and controlling the conveyor
- Production of circuit boards and techniques for repair
- Reliability of electronics EMC properties
