Learning Outcomes
After completing the course the student is aware of the supervisory entities. He understands the different roles, responsibilities and obligations of the manager. He knows how to solve a variety of workplace problem situations. He is able to assess and develop employee wellbeing management practices. Students are able to define and explain the various ways to assess, identify and develop expertise within the organization. He is able to apply knowledge management methods in cooperation with the organization's management. He also knows how to take advantage of skills management business management tool.
