Learning Outcomes

Students be familiar will the history and theory of organizational behavior, leadership and HRM. They will understand themselves better and be able to analyze their own behavior e.g. in teamwork. They will understand the concepts associated with human resource management. Addition they be familiar with different styles of leadership and be conscious of business ethics.
