Having taken the course, the student is able to:
- use and apply different future forecasting methods
- understand the role of the trend apparatus as the engine of consumption
- search and compile information about future trends
- use concept design in its different meanings
- analyse different consumer groups’ needs and desires and to apply this information to their own design work
