Learning Outcomes
The goal of this program is to deepen students' knowledge of project management. The student will be able to demonstrate know-how in developing a project management life cycle for projects relevant to their domain of study and also understand the challenges in managing and leading a project in an international and global setting. In addition to learning the tools and techniques to monitor and track project costs and schedules, students develop the ability to manage project resources and communications, and complete a successful project.
