Learning Outcomes
Occupational and environmental safety in construction
Students are aware of the responsibilities of the actors involved in a house building project and understand the importance of scheduling for occupational and environmental safety.
Competence in the construction process
Students are aware of the significance of construction in society and they know the actors involved and the stages and progress of a construction project. Students know the basic principles of property development. They are able to seek information independently to develop their communication and interaction skills. Students are also introduced to how to choose a planner and make a planning contract.
Students will be competent in making a project plan and the documents pertaining to construction. They will understand the principles pertaining to the sale of property.
