Learning Outcomes
Students are able to compare the different forms and types of stores of retail trade and analyse the operational environment of retail trade in Finland. They recognise changes in the operational environment and are able to link them with the success of a retail store. Students are able to compare and analyse the operations of different stores and chains of stores. They can draw conclusions from the operations of retail business on the basis of sustainable development and social responsibility. They are able to analyse a store as a work place.
