Learning Outcomes
Upon completion of the course, students will be competent in
• appropriately communicating and interacting with others in the working world
• presenting themselves persuasively and effectively
• summarising and writing academic texts
• justifying their arguments
• writing reports
• functioning in various social and oral communication situations
• functioning in goal-oriented discussions, meetings, conferences and negotiations and in writing the relevant documents
• creating informative texts and in understanding the communication process in organisations
