Learning Outcomes
Upon completion of the course, students will recognise and use the basic concepts of culture-historical thinking. They will also be able to recognise different aspects of cultural history. The students will understand the main features of western cultural history and will understand the social elements that affected cultural history.

Contents
Students will be familiarised with the basic concepts of culture-historical thinking and the stages of western culture. Every student will study an aspect of the cultural history in their assignment. The objective of the course is to improve students' ability to place modern-day cultural elements to a larger social context.
