Pass:
Students are active and demonstrate initiative during practical training. They can competently analyse the setting, organization, clients and services of their placement. Topics selected by students are currently of interest for the development of practice. Students observe professional ethics, are aware of their values and attitudes and extensively reflect their growth into future experts of elderly care. Students take actively part in seminars.

Fail: Students are only partly aware of the competence and development needs in the placement. From the perspective of developing practice, they concentrate on narrowly defined topics. They do not see their competence requirements or development challenges as future experts of elderly care realistically. They do not attend the seminars.
