Learning Outcomes
The student knows how to make an employment contract, which are the rights and obligations of an employer and an employee and which are the valid reasons for dismissing an employee. He/she is able to make legally valid work contract and testimonial.
The student is able to search information about employment relationship and social security of an employee and apply the information in practice.

Excellent (5): The student is able to find and apply in practice legislation concerning employment relationship and social security of an employee.
Good (4-3): The student is able to find and apply in practice essential legislation concerning employment relationship and social security of an employee.
Satisfactory (2-1): The student is able to explain essential legislation concerning employment relationship and social security of an employee. He/she is able to decide simple legal cases.
