Learning Outcomes
Students will acquire skills and knowledge needed to manage elderly care organisations. They will learn self-management, operations management and human resources management, and they will be able to analyse the significance of these areas to the effectiveness of the organisation. Students will basic learn budgeting, cost accounting and service pricing. Students will also be familiar with the important labour Acts and regulations, and know how to apply them in management.

Contents
Current topics in the management of elderly care organisations; essential labour market laws and regulations; clinical work supervision; structure and creation of budgets; cost accounting and pricing services.
