Learning Outcomes
Students will understand the nature of project work and learn to determine when a project work model is required. They will gain basic knowledge and skills in planning and carrying out projects. Students will understand concepts related to projects, the content of a project plan, project schedule and management (lifespan). They will learn what tasks are involved in various stages of the project cycle. Students will become aware of what kind of competence is required from professional project workers.
