Students know the role of clinical physiology, microbiology, clinical chemistry and hematology in examinations and measurements carried out with the help of up-to-date technology. They will learn to prepare the patient for common physiological and microbiological examinations and measurements. Students will become familiar with common examinations, measurements and samples in clinical physiology, microbiology, clinical chemistry and hematology and learn to interpret the results. They will also learn the basics of the use of electricity, gas and radiation, including occupational safety.
